Collector of outstanding places
With around 800 employees and a forecast turnover of €65 million for 2016, Groupe Noctis is a key player on the high-end events sector in France.
Monsieur Bleu, Castel, Loulou, Raspoutine… are just some of the names linked to the Group that was founded in 2008 by Laurent de Gourcuff. Already leading the way, Noctis is successfully expanding and today promotes thirty or so outstanding addresses. Monsieur Bleu, one of the Group’s two restaurants was elected the “best new restaurant” in 2013 by Wallpaper Magazine. “Our aim is to propose our establishments to people from all different walks of life and to offer businesses a wide choice of rental solutions coupled with a large panel of events-related services” explains Laurent de Gourcuff, the founder of the Group.

Despite the uncertain economic situation Noctis activities are on the up and the results for 2016 positive. The Group is also constantly on the lookout to acquire iconic locations and will shortly be opening six new addresses: four luxury venues for events in Paris and two restaurants, La Girafe and Le 52 Champs Elysées.
La Girafe with its breathtaking roof-top terrace will open in the Cité de l’Architecture et du Patrimoine in 2017, while Le 52 Champs Elysées will take over the roof-top terrace of the forthcoming Galeries Lafayette with a planned opening in 2018. Two prestigious locations.
The Group is also constantly on the lookout to acquire iconic locations and will shortly be opening six new addresses: four luxury venues for events in Paris and two restaurants, La Girafe and Le 52 Champs Elysées.
The huge investments were supported by €12 million of funds raised through the FCDE (Economic collaborative Development Fund) in 2012. Since then the capital outlay into the events sector has continued to grow. A marketing management division – Noctis Collection – has been created to oversee the marketing of the Group’s addresses.
Laurent de Gourcuff clearly confirms his desire to create outstanding establishments in outstanding locations.
For proof, the Group regularly wins tenders to acquire fabulous addresses, such as the Palais de Tokyo, the Cité de l’Architecture et du Patrimoine and the Domaine de Longchamp.
