You’re returning to TF1 in the series Sam. What stood out to you the most in this new season?

I appreciated that this season tackles topics that are meaningful to me, such as autism and animal abuse, even though they are presented from perspectives different from my own. Otherwise, I was happy to play Sam with much more ease and confidence compared to last year.

What are your projects outside of the series Sam? Can we expect to see you in new cinema or stage projects?

I am working on a series project around a theme that interests me a lot: hypersensitivity, to the point of feeling and perceiving everything, sometimes in an overwhelming way. All of this set in a context of poetry, childhood, and joy.

Unlike your character, you seem to have a balanced and healthy lifestyle. (Laughs) What is your routine to maintain the balance between your private and professional life?

I practice yoga four times a week with my instructor, Samuel Ganes, through videos he offers online. I started five years ago, and with him, I don’t need to do any other sport because his practice is so effective for sculpting the body. Otherwise, I enjoy everything that brings me joy outside of my shoots: riding my electric bike, playing pétanque, gardening, swimming, painting, and I’ve started writing a new book.

If you had to choose a destination to escape to, where would you go and why?

For several years, I went to Mauritius! It was almost like my second home… I even considered moving there permanently, but I finally chose Luberon, which is much closer! This year, I loved visiting Madeira, and if I had to choose a new destination today, I’d pick a place where I can go see some fish…

Is there a cause or commitment that’s particularly close to your heart that you’d like to advocate for or highlight?

I’ve been involved with animal rights through «L214» and «C’EST ASSEZ», campaigning against the captivity of cetaceans in France. I’ve also worked to raise awareness about autism with my book, by discussing it, and supporting associations. Today, I’m simply trying to take care of our planet and its inhabitants, doing my best to make a difference.

You have had a diverse and fulfilling career. Is there a role you still dream of playing or a project that is particularly important to you?

I hope I’ll have the chance to return for season 9 of Sam. Otherwise, I’m hoping that the series project I’m working on, which is set in Marseille (near where I live), will materialize by 2025!

Fashion and style are part of your public image. What are your fashion must-haves at the moment, and how would you define your daily style?

Since I’ve moved to the countryside, it’s overalls or gardening jumpsuits, paired with Crocs or sneakers! It’s such a relief not to stress about what to wear anymore! In summer, it’s the perfect combo of a swimsuit, a dress, and sandals! Absolute paradise!

What would you like to wish for our LiFE Magazine readers?

I wish the readers of LiFE a wonderful end of the year 2024, and may 2025 be filled with joy and wonder!
